Cancellation Policy

As boat rentals (charters) are subject to the rules applicable to coastal navigation, Ecosul Turismo reserves the right to modify, without prior notice or compensation, its boat rentals (in particular regarding itinerary, duration, schedules, etc.) or to cancel them at any time, including on the day of departure. This may occur in application of the aforementioned rules or, in particular and without limitation, in cases of force majeure, strong winds, adverse weather conditions, storms, instructions from public authorities, mechanical incidents, or any other event likely to endanger the safety of people and property. In the event of cancellation by Ecosul Turismo before boarding, for any reason whatsoever and especially in the cases mentioned above, the client will be offered the option of a full refund of the amount paid, excluding fees charged by third parties, or rescheduling to another date or tourist product, subject to Ecosul Turismo’s availability. In the event of cancellation or modification of a reservation by the client, a full refund of the amount paid, excluding fees charged by third parties, will only be granted if the reservation is cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the tourist activity. If the cancellation or modification occurs less than 24 hours before the start time, only a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding third-party fees, will be granted. No refunds will be issued in cases of cancellation on the day of the activity, no-shows, or delays exceeding thirty minutes.
