Bring as little luggage as possible on board.

Wear lightweight clothing that can get wet (beachwear, comfortable shoes and/or UV shirt).

Bring a change of dry clothes and towels to leave in the car or in our locker on land.

Apply sunscreen before leaving home.

Wear sunglasses and, if you wish, a hat or cap with a strap to prevent it from flying away.

AVOID
SEA SICKNESS

Stay well hydrated the day before.

Prefer solid and light foods (avoid yogurt, juices, dishes with sauce, feijoada...).

Avoid alcoholic beverages the day before and especially on the day of your charter flight.

Take an anti-nausea medication 1 hour beforehand if necessary. Vonau is ineffective. Choose Meclin, Dramin, or another medication recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
