Between June and October, the coast of Ilhéus (Bahia) becomes the stage for a breathtaking natural spectacle: the migration of humpback whales. Embark with Ecosul Turismo on a journey guided by biologists that blends science, ecotourism, and wonder. With departures at 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. from the Ilhéus Yacht Club, this experience welcomes up to 6 guests per boat and lasts 4 hours (including 3 hours of navigation). You’ll have the chance to observe mainly humpback whales (up to 97% sighting rate), as well as Guiana dolphins (33% sighting rate) and occasionally other cetacean species. More than just a tour, this is a true immersion in nature — guided by specialists who share scientific insights and promote responsible whale-watching practices. The experience includes individual insurance, inflatable life jacket, onboard photographer, water, fresh fruit, and a 1% donation to marine conservation initiatives.
